Lighting is required to collect 6% sales tax on orders shipped to
Vermont only (we do not collect local option tax, such as the
Williston, VT 1% local option tax). We do not charge any sales tax on
shipments to other locations.

CARECODE
Just
start shopping! Once you're ready to checkout, enter the CareCode of
the organization you would like to show your support for (see CareCode page for a list of organizations)
and your donation will be combined with all the other donations from
that organization's supporters. Each time the donation total exceeds
$100.00, a check will be sent directly to that organization. Donations
are 10% of your total purchase made with Isabelle's Lighting. Every
online purchase will qualify.
This offer is available for online purchases only and may not be combined with any other shopping code offer.
ENERGY STAR COUPON REBATE
Though
many states run various Energy Star coupon rebate programs, Isabelle's
Lighting (based in Vermont) is only setup to offer the rebates offered
from the Vermont Energy Star program through Efficiency Vermont.
To
benefit from the coupon rebate, an eligible Vermont electrical utility
customer simply needs to place their order with Isabelle's Lighting as
normal.
The coupon rebate will NOT be reflected in the checkout price.
After
receiving your order, we will verify eligibility and if so, we will
reduce the total order amount by the appropriate coupon rebate amount
and process your order accordingly. The invoice you will then received
from us (via e-mail) will show the coupon rebate has been applied. We
will complete all paperwork that you would otherwise have completed had
this been a 'brick-and-mortar' store purchase.

Shipping / Delivery

Isabelle's
Lighting now offers FREE Shipping Storewide (a flat $7.90 handling fee
will be added to any size Light Bulb or Accessory order). Please
contact Customer Support for Alaska, Hawaii and International shipping
costs.
You can expect to receive your order in just 3
to 7 business days from the day you place your order (orders placed
after 12:00 Noon Eastern Time will be processed to ship on the
following business day). Certain items are made to order and may
require more time as noted in the product's description. You are
invoiced and billed when your order is processed to assure you the
quickest delivery time.
Orders containing multiple
items may ship from different warehouses. Our vendor warehouse will
determine the best delivery carrier and method based on the product
that is being shipped.

SHOPPING GUARANTEE
We
Guarantee the quality of our products. All products from Isabelle’s
Lighting have a 6-Month Limited Warranty (unless otherwise stated in
the product's description) that covers any product defects. Notify our
customer care department at 877.455.7128 in the event of a product
failure. We will gladly allow an exact exchange at no additional cost.
RETURN POLICY
Your
Satisfaction is important to us. If, for any reason, you are not
satisfied with your purchase from Isabelle's Lighting, simply contact
our customer care department at 877.455.7128 within 30 days for a
Return Authorization Code. We will promptly refund your money or allow
an exchange. A Restocking Charge of 40% will only apply to all items
returned where Isabelle’s Lighting has made no error in merchandising
or shipping. Please understand that we cannot accept returns for
products after they have been installed or are returned back in an
un-sellable condition or not in their original packaging. This return
policy does not apply to purchases for lamp shades and replacement
glass, and any items purchased for stock or inventory.

Cancellations
|

As we process your order the same day it is received, it is common to have your order ship the same day.
In
the event that you would like to cancel your order, we need to confirm
with our vendor warehouse manufacturer that your order has not been
shipped. Once we have confirmation that your order has been cancelled,
we will credit your account.
If we are unable to
cancel your order, if it has already been shipped, please do not refuse
the shipment as this could result in restocking fees being assessed.

Choosing Other Product Options

Isabelle's Lighting offers EVERY product option for the companies we represent.
In
some cases, where all the options can not be displayed on our site, our
products will have an option such as "Select Another Shade (contact
Customer Care)" or "Contact Customer Care for Other Options". Our
instructions below will guide you through the process of ordering your
custom option:
Choosing Other Product Options Ordering Instructions
1.
Identify the option you would like (contact us if you need to know what
options are available) and request a quote from our Customer Care
department.
2. We will provide you with a part number and price for your option.
3. Proceed to the product you wish to purchase and simply choose the option with the text “contact Customer Care”.
4.
Continue through to the end of the checkout process where you will
click on the text “Add special instructions to this shipment”. Type
“Please add (the part number of your option) for (the price of your
option)". Your grand total will not reflect the amount of your option.
5.
When we receive your order, we will process it accordingly and email
you an invoice that will reflect the total including the option you
have selected.

Isabelle's Lighting offers products from many quality manufacturers that we have offered our customers through our history since1970.
As
our presence on the internet in relatively new (since May 2005), we are
working hard to get everything we offer on-line. In the mean time, if
we carry something, but do not show it on our site yet, we will give
you a quote so allow you to take advantage of any promotions we are
offering by phoning in your order to 877.455.7128 (or 802.476.8787).
A flat $7.90 handling fee will be added to order proceeded on this
form. Bulbs (that normally are charged a $7.90 handling fee anyway)
will not be charged a second handling fee. Shipping is otherwise FREE.
