| Care Net Pregnancy Center of Central Vermont is one of over 700 pregnancy resource centers in the US offering free and confidential services to anyone regarding an unexpected pregnancy. We offer compassionate care and factual information on all your options. We are not a medical facility and do not refer for or provide abortions. We offer alternatives to women who are choosing to continue a pregnancy in order to become the best parent possible which may include making an adoption plan. We offer pregnancy tests, options counseling, prenatal workshops, life skills workshops, referrals for housing, medical and other needs. Our Baby Boutique provides free maternity clothes, baby clothes, diapers, miscellaneous supplies and furniture. One out of four women in the church today have experienced abortion in their past. We are committed to offering the choice of healing and wholeness to those who may be struggling with the issues of a previous abortion. Call the pregnancy center to talk confidentially with a peer counselor if you are interested. Our Sexual Integrity program offers presentations to junior and high school students and organizations to learn how to achieve a happy, healthy, long-lasting marriage relationship by remaining abstinent until marriage – thereby avoiding unintended pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections and relationship scars – and the stress that accompanies these situations.
