General service "A" light bulbs (in recessed fixtures) provide wide light distribution with very low brightness. "R" and "PAR" light bulbs concentrate light for higher brightness. In rooms with darker colors, use a higher lumen light bulb to achieve more light. Regulate the light levels with a Lutron Lighting Control.

Consult with one of our lighting specialists for the proper "spacing ratio" and layout plan for your room(s). A blueprint plan or simple scale drawing of the room (showing ceiling height, area measurements of room, counter heights, door ways, windows, and other points of interest such as a fireplace, etc.) is important to have ready for our lighting specialists to adequately assist you.
